Niamh is an experienced Senior Human Resources Executive with a demonstrated history of working in the facilities services industry. Niamh is currently our Head of People and Talent at the I.T. Alliance Group and is responsible for underpinning HR initiatives that encompass our Strategy, Vision, Mission and Values.
Donal has extensive management experience and more than 25 years in the provision of leadership, consulting, IT advisory and project management services in both the public and private sector.
He has particular experience in technology strategy, innovation management, R&D effectiveness, solution delivery and IT transformation. He is currently the CTO and head of our Business Solutions team with I.T. Alliance.
Donal has an accomplished portfolio of business solutions, technology innovation and IT transformation projects successfully delivered. He has a proven track record in senior management and independent consulting roles, with extensive and wide-ranging experience in helping businesses implement strategic initiatives, leverage new technologies and drive business innovation to find new revenue opportunities to gain business advantage, improve customer experiences or improve profitability.
Eleanor joined the company in 1998, working across a wide range of senior roles throughout her time working in the Group. As an experienced industry leader, Eleanor has managed multiple successful projects in the public and private sectors. An IT, project and business transformation expert with over 20 years’ management experience, today Eleanor is shared services director.
Mark joined the company in 2010 and has held several roles within the organisation, he has recently moved from head of sales to group delivery director. In Mark’s role, he is responsible for ensuring our Digital, Project and Managed services are delivered to the highest level to our clients. Mark is a committed, enthusiastic and positive business professional with over 20 years of experience. As a member of our senior management team, he is driven to create a great work environment for our people and deliver a great experience for our customers.
Paul is the co-founder of the I.T. Alliance Group. With over two decades of experience in sales, Paul manages the sales teams across the Group. As a natural entrepreneur, Paul took leave of the Group and established two additional, external organisations which have generated total revenues of over €300 million. Upon rejoining the Group, Paul brings his entrepreneurial spirit and expertise to Auxilion As Group Sales Director, Paul manages both the sales and marketing operations across the wider Group. With over 20 years experience in the recruitment and IT sector in Ireland and the UK, Paul has a range of experience managing successful teams and Digital Transformation projects for clients.
